{Chocolate Bavarian Ganache} chocolate cake layered with Bavarian cream mousse, chocolate crunchies and chocolate Ganache glaze.  7” Serves 8-10. $36.  Must be kept refrigerated!

{Strawberry Tartine Cake} Vanilla mousse layered with a quart of sliced strawberries & vanilla cake. Topped with whipped cream, fresh strawberries.  7” Serves 8-10. $36.  Must be kept refrigerated!
