Artisan Bake Shop, our policies and procedures
Artisan Bake Shop prides itself on using only the
freshest and finest ingredients to create our cakes and pastries. We are
confident that you will be pleased with your purchase and will become a repeat
customer.
Policies:
-If you
are not satisfied, WITH YOUR DESIGN: YOU MUST TELL US UPON PICK UP! We will not
provide refunds or returns for design issues once a cake has been picked
up/accepted. We cannot be responsible if
you personally do not pick up your order.
-If you
are unsatisfied with the flavor/interior product: You must return all uneaten
portions of your dessert. Refunds are
issued on a case-by-case basis and can only be done if we have the opportunity
to evaluate the specific dessert in question. Artisan Bake Shop may issue the
refund in part or in whole depending on what we can determine was the cause for
return. Refunds, when issued, come in the form of a merchandise credit valid
for 60 days, if we determine that a cash refund will be made available the
person who ordered must pick up the refund within 5 days of complaint.
Walk-In Consultations:
Available based on the volume of customers and our schedule and our volume of work.
Customers with a pre-scheduled appointment take precedence over walk-ins.
